The motherboard, also known as motherboard, motherboard or mainboard, is a printed circuit board to which the components that make up the computer are connected.
It is a fundamental part for assembling any desktop or laptop personal computer or device. It has a series of integrated circuits installed, among which is the auxiliary integrated circuit (chipset), which serves as the connection center between the microprocessor (CPU), the random access memory (RAM), the expansion slots and other devices.
It is installed inside a housing or cabinet that is usually made of sheet metal and has a panel for connecting external devices and many internal connectors and sockets for installing internal components.
The motherboard also includes a firmware called BIOS, which allows it to perform basic functionalities, such as device testing, video and keyboard management, device recognition and operating system loading.
In short, it is what contains and links all the components of the computer.
The motherboard has to be of the same socket as the processor you will buy or it will not fit in it.
Likewise with the ram, it has to be compatible, if the motherboard is ddr4 the ram memory also has to be ddr4.
Central processing unit
The central processing unit, or central processing unit (CPU), is the hardware within a computer or other programmable devices that interprets the instructions of a computer program by performing the basic arithmetic, logic and input/output operations of the system. The term, and its acronym, have been in use in the Computer industry since at least the early 1960s.1 The form, CPU design and implementation of CPUs has changed dramatically since the earliest examples, but their fundamental operation remains the same.
A computer can have more than one CPU; this is called multiprocessing. All modern CPUs are microprocessors, which means that they contain a single integrated circuit (chip). Some integrated circuits can contain several CPUs on a single chip; these are called multicore processors. An integrated circuit containing a CPU can also contain the peripheral devices, and other components of a computer system; this is called a system on a chip (SoC).
Two typical components of a CPU are the arithmetic logic unit (ALU), which performs arithmetic and logic operations, and the control unit (CU), which fetches instructions from memory, decodes them and executes them, calling the ALU when necessary.
Not all computer systems are based on a central processing unit. A processor array or vector processor has multiple parallel computing elements, without a unit considered the "center". In the distributed computing model, problems are solved by an interconnected and distributed set of processors.
3-Ram:
Random access memory
They are called "random access" because it is possible to read or write to a memory location with an equal waiting time for any location, not being necessary to follow an order to access (sequential access) the information in the fastest possible way.
When the computer is turned on, the POST routine verifies that the RAM modules are connected correctly. If the modules are not present or not detected, most motherboards emit a series of sounds indicating the absence of main memory. Once this process is finished, the BIOS memory can perform a basic test on the RAM memory indicating major RAM failures.

PCI-Express graphics card.
A graphics card is a computer motherboard expansion card that is responsible for processing the data coming from the central processing unit (CPU) and transforming it into understandable and representable information on the output device (e.g. monitor, television or projector). These cards use a graphics processing unit or GPU, which is often mistakenly used to refer to the graphics card itself.

Some graphics cards have offered added functionality such as TV tuning, video capture, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 decoding2, or even IEEE 1394 (Firewire), mouse, stylus or joystick connectors.
The most common graphics cards are those available for the IBM PC-compatible computer, due to their enormous popularity, but other architectures also make use of this type of device.
Graphics cards are not the exclusive domain of IBM-compatible personal computers (PCs); devices such as the Commodore Amiga (connected via the Zorro II and Zorro III slots), Apple II, Apple Macintosh, Spectravideo SVI-328, MSX computers and in modern game consoles, such as the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, counted or count on them.

In English it is known as power supply unit (PSU), which literally translated means: power supply unit, referring to the source of electrical power.

In computing, the computer case, housing, chassis, cabinet or tower is the metallic or plastic structure whose function is to house and protect the central processing unit (CPU) components, the random access memory (RAM), the motherboard, the power supply, the expansion board(s) and the storage devices or units: floppy disk drive, hard disk drive, optical disk drive (CD, DVD, BD reader or recorder).
They are usually constructed of galvanized steel, plastic or aluminum.
7-Hard disk:

In computing, a hard disk drive (HDD) is a data storage device that uses a magnetic recording system to store digital files. It consists of one or more platters or hard disks, connected by a single shaft that rotates at high speed inside a sealed metal enclosure. On each platter, and on each of its sides, there is a read/write head that floats on a thin sheet of air generated by the rotation of the disks. It is non-volatile memory.
The first hard disk was invented by IBM in 1956. Over the years, the price of hard disks has decreased and their capacity has multiplied, and they have been the primary secondary storage option for personal computers since their appearance in the 1960s.1 Hard disks have maintained their dominant position thanks to constant increases in recording density, which has kept pace with secondary storage needs.1
8-Monitor:
Computer monitor
The computer monitor (in Spanish America) or computer screen (in Spain) is the main output device (interface), which displays data or information to the user.
It can also be considered an Input/Output peripheral if the monitor has a touch or multi-touch screen.
9-DvD, mouse, keyboard:
We will need a dvd reader to install an operating system or a flash memory, the mouse and keyboard to configure our computer and use it obviously.
Well, now that you know all the components of a computer, it's time to put it together.
First, put on some anti-static gloves or touch a metal object to transfer it.
1-Mount the processor on the motherboard make sure they are the same socket, the processor will enter the motherboard alone, do not force. then install the fan that came with the processor.
2-Now mount the ram memory in their respective places, press on both sides of the ram until a click sounds and the outside of the ram memory is lowered.
3-Now it's time to mount the power supply in the cabinet you bought, all you have to do is screw it in, make sure you tidy up the cables.
4-Then mount the motherboard to the cabinet, the only thing you have to do is to screw.
5-Install the graphics card on the motherboard very similar to the ram memory.
6-Install the hard disk to the cabinet and connect it to the motherboard.
7-connect the power supply to the motherboard, a 24 pin powering the power supply, a 4 pin powering the processor and if the graphics card needs it, the fans and the hard disk + fans.
8-arrange the cables, try to make them as little visible as possible, so that they do not interfere with the air flow inside the cabinet.
9-Connect the cables from the cabinet to the motherboard, the order of these cables will be indicated in the motherboard manual.
10-ready your computer is ready to turn on, install the operating system and enjoy your pc.
